Secrets of Success for Tile Contractors

I recently had the opportunity to interview two veteran Tile Contractors, and asked them to share some of the secrets to their success in the tile industry.

Both of these interviews were spontaneously recorded at San Diego Marble & Tile's annual Golf Tournament. 

The first person I interviewed is John Wirtz, from Wirtz Tile.  John has been a tile contractor for 51 years, and shares some great wisdom points that has kept him in business for so long. 
 
My second interview is with Steve Lee & his son Matt Lee.  Matt Lee was a good friend of mine before I even knew what tile was.  Matt introduced me to the tile trade, so it was fun interviewing him and his dad Steve.  Matt is a natural jokester, and as I said earlier this was a spontaneous interview.. but sometimes I think those are the best interviews to get real unprepared answers.

I compiled both of these interviews into 1 Podcast episode, in hopes that you'll find a tip or two that would help you take your business to the next level.
